Terms and Conditions

1. The France Poker Series reserves the right to make additions or alterations to this schedule.
2. All satellites and tournaments in the The France Poker Series will be No Limit Hold'em.
3. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater) to play either in satellites or in any of the Events. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID). Any player unable to produce such proof of age will be disqualified from participation in any of the Events, and no refund of any kind will be made.
4. By participating in a satellite of any kind on PokerStars, or in any of the Events, you grant PokerStars the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
   You further agree to help promote PokerStars and act as a PokerStars spokesperson during and after the Events, including, but not limited to, meeting with press and participating in other events conducted by PokerStars.
   If you have qualified for the Event on the Site via a cash Satellite you agree that you are not permitted to wear clothing bearing any logo other than a PokerStars logo at the final table. If you won your seat on a freeroll, fpp or other promotion, you will be asked to wear the Pokerstars logo during all the tournament. The France Poker Series have very strict rules concerning the authorized logos during the events.
5. The France Poker Series Championship is sanctioned by the France Poker Series. You acknowledge and agree that the France Poker Series requires all players in France Poker Series events to sign a waiver prior to the beginning of each France Poker Series Event that includes permission to film and broadcast your participation in the France Poker Series Event.
6. The first package to any events that you win, whether through cash satellite, FPP satellite or in any other way, is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. If you win another satellite to the same event, your PokerStars account will be credited with T$ equal to the value of the package price.
7. If you win a preliminary France Poker Series satellite that awards a seat into a subsequent satellite (rather than a France Poker Series event itself), you may unregister from the target satellite and you will receive T$ equal to the buy-in of that satellite. You may use those T$ to enter a direct satellite to any France Poker Series event. You may directly purchase a seat into an France Poker Series event with T$. 8. You affirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number(s) associated with your PokerStars account are accurate, and agree that the person whose name appears on that account will be the actual person who plays in the Event. Any discrepancy in this may result in disqualification or forfeiture of Event packages.
9. Prior to playing in any of the Events, you will be required to sign a paper version of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so will result in your disqualification from participation in the Event without refund or compensation. In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of any France Poker Series satellite event, the decision of PokerStars management is final.
10. A player who leaves a tournament at any stage and for whatever reason is deemed to have forfeited their game and, as such, is not entitled to claim entitlement to money on the basis of their position in that tournament.
11. Please note that it will be forbidden for the players to wear during the tourney a logo representing a poker room, or any other online gaming site that is not approved by the ARJEL (l'Autorité de Régulation des Jeux En Ligne). The interdiction is for any logo, with or without the name of the poker room (or any other online game site), or any other graphical way of representing the brand.
